Tis’ the season for apple picking, hayrides, and pumpkin carving! A day full of fresh autumn air and the crunch of leaves beneath your feet can lead to you to the coziest of nights.

Slip into your softest pajamas and put those freshly picked apples to good use! This delicious (and easy to make!) apple cider pairs nicely with a juicy read and chunky blankets in bed. Homemade Apple Cider

Ingredients:

10 fresh apples

1 orange

2 cinnamon sticks

Dash of nutmeg and cloves

1 gallon of filtered water

Recipe:

1. Wash and peel apples

2. Cut apples and orange into slices and place in slow cooker

3. Add spices

4. Pour in water and turn on low for 8 hours

5. Strain out apples and oranges

6. Enjoy your homemade apple cider in bed
