FAQs
While a box spring is not required, it along with alternative box springs like our Serta Foundation, are the most common types of foundations used with our mattresses. In fact, a variety of foundations can be used including platform frames with no more than 2” between slats or adjustable bed frames.
All of our mattresses can be used on a variety of foundations. Our Serta Foundation, traditional box springs, platform frames with no more than 2" between slats and a center support leg or adjustable bases all work well.
Note: We recommend ensuring any foundation you use is in good working shape, as an issue with the foundation could impact the comfort and longevity of your beds.
No, it is not required however, we do recommend using one especially if you are accident prone. They can keep your sleep investment safe from accidents, spills, dust, etc.
Our beds are available for purchase at many different retailers throughout the United States. We allow retailers to choose and add a different showroom name to the ones they are selling in order to make the model unique within their store.
Since the model names may vary from retailer to retailer, the best way to compare these products is by looking at the product line and comfort level.
We recommend you test the products at different retailers in your area and base your decision on personal comfort level and price range.
Financing is available directly through our website. We have partnered with Affirm* to offer financing or pay-over-time options for our customers.

We know shopping for a new bed can seem overwhelming. There are so many questions to ask yourself—Do I need a plush, medium, or firm bed? What size do I need? Am I a back, stomach, or side sleeper? Should I buy a mattress online? What about these beds in a box? Sleep positions may seem confusing, but just take a note of what position you fall asleep and wake up in for a few nights. This will help you determine what level of comfort and support you may need. Side sleepers should first look at medium to plush options. Stomach and back sleepers should first look at firm, medium firm or extra firm options and if you sleep in multiple positions throughout the night you should first look at medium, firm or pillow-top options. Next, figure out the size you need, sizes typically come in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King. Our size guide can help you determine the perfect size. Next, determine your price point so you only look for affordable options that are best for you. Lastly, it comes down to personal preference on whether you shop online or in-store, either way reach out if you need any help at all.
