Even with the recommended turning of the mattress, the plush top is inconsistent in its wear pattern. I've had it for almost 2 years and I have spots that feel bumpy. The support isn't as good as I would like. What will happen as it ages? It's uneven wear makes me wonder about that.

As we loved this product at Hilton Hotels so our VeraWang King mattress has provided the absolute rest and relaxation we enjoyed at these fine hotels at home. We will buy another and appreciate the longevity of our purchase from 2007.

sterns and foster is the last mattress replaced because it was hard to sleep on not at all comfortabe woke up hurting pains neck and arms grand parents always had serta mattresses never had problems with them i am vary dissapointed with this mattress

We purchased a Serta Benson King size mattress 2 years ago from our local Big Lots. We are very unsatisfied and unhappy with our purchase. We heard so many good things about Serta mattresses so that is why we purchased one in hopes that it would help my husbands back trouble. We also were had a understanding that there was a lifetime warranty on the mattress. After only 2 years the mattress is breaking down and my husband is having back trouble again..... After contacting our local Big Lots they said there is nothing they could do..... Very frustrating!

This bed is awesome, my last one gave me lower back aches and neck pain and or headaches when I awoke. After a few nights on the Serta Perfect Sleeper I have slept better than I have in quite a few years. No aches or pains anywhere and soo comfortable I didnt want to get out of bed in the morning!! We have had at least 3 beds in the last 8 years , I know this one will last for a long time and I wont have to purchase another one. So glad I purchased this bed.

This mattress is perfect support in all areas. I have only had this mattress for two nights and I haven't slept this good in months. I haven't woke up during the night either. I didn't really know anything about Serta before purchasing, but tried several different brand names and types before purchasing. So glad I went with this one. I believe it's the best mattress I have ever had.

This Mattress does wonders for my back! I have had back surgery and this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It doesn't even compare to our old mattress!

LOVE this mattress - super supportive and comfortable. But when a heavy relative stayed over, the side she slept on quickly broke. The side deeply sags now and the mattress is only a year old!!! Definitely for the average to small person - but I'm still considering reordering now that I'm on the market for another mattress, it's just that comfy for me.

Looking for a mattress is a huge game! Every retailer has different names for the same mattress. The Perfect Sleeper I picked out has been very good so far. I have been sleeping on it for 6 months and everything is great.

I did a lot of research and found this mattress by Serta to be what I was looking for. It has enough support but not too firm. It's cooling feature does not have me sweating on hot summer nights. All around I really like my new mattress. Thank you

Mother had been sleeping on a 30 year-old mattress and started complaining of back and neck pain. She was reluctant to let me replace it, saying "how much longer can I last." I felt no matter how long she had to live, she deserved a good night's sleep. I ordered the Serta for her on Overstock.com and surprised her with the delivery. Over my life I have owned several Serta mattresses since at times I had four to five bedrooms in my houses. I was always pleased with them and my relatives and guests remarked how comfortable they were. Once Mother tried hers, she loved it. She has been sleeping well ever since it arrived. We are building a new, smaller home, and originally planned to replace her old mattress after we moved, but I could not countenance her having sleeping discomfort for the time it is taking to build our new home. I am glad I went ahead and bought the new Serta, it was worth every penny for her to have a good night's sleep.

Had this less than one week but took lots of time comparing products at retail store. This mattress felt firm yet comfortable. I previously had a foam based mattress but too firm for my back; Hope this continues to be firm enough for the support I need and soft enough to be comfortable on the bones. Have had Serta products in the past and they hold up well. Love the wrapped coils which reduces noise and movement.

We had bought another brand of mattress set through our local furniture dealer in Omaha, NE., who carries every type of mattress brands you can name nationally and locally available online. I took a chance and ordered the mattress set online, I go by the reviews of previous buyers and read every detail I can on a product. This was not to be a firm mattress (even though it felt like a rock), of course I read the reviews and went by the affordability of the mattress and selected it. After trying it for a year this mattress was worse than our mattress we had for 15 years prior. I had to buy a mattress cover to soften up the mattress, in fact I bought another one because that one didn't work and we continue having aches and pains we never had before. Finally I started getting lower back pain whenever I laid in bed longer than six hours in which I never had before in my lifetime...and we finally gave in and thought enough is enough! My Dad use to own a furniture store in Omaha, NE., years ago and he always carried the best brand names of mattresses and he always recommended the Serta brand. I went through the large furniture store chain again online in Omaha, this time I found the Serta name with a great price including eleven previous owners who gave this mattress a "5" Star rating (the best) and my husband and I said lets order that one. We are both grateful we did, the Serta we ordered was the "Sanborn" style the tag with the name and a sheep were proudly displayed on the side of the mattress when we received it! I figure any company that takes time to do that must be proud of their product, and so Serta should be, from the first night we could tell this bed was of great quality and comfort. My husband woke up the next morning and said this mattress feels great, after just owning it since 2/20/18 not even a month now we no longer have the aches and pains we received from our prior mattress. We live in Iowa and the mattress warranty tag stated it was made in January/2018 and wouldn't you know at one of your plants in Iowa! We are happy campers and like my Dad said years ago and that he carried in his furniture store...you can't go wrong with a Serta! You make a great product at a reasonable cost!

I love the Super Pillow Top. This is a very good mattress and so comfortable. I got tired of not being able to sleep on my old worn out twin mattress. I am sure I will be sleeping much better now.

I love my new Serta mattress. I cannot say enough about it, Serta is just the best ever and I will never buy anything else. I bought another brand of mattress about 10 months ago and there is just no comparison to my Serta, the old one I barely slept and if I did or when I awoke I got up out of bed being stuff and hurting most of the day. With my new Serta, I sleep thru the night and never wake up stiff or hurting, wow, what a wonderful feeling this is. I made a decision to get rid of old one and get me a new Serta mattress which I knew would be the best idea I ever had. I am so happy I did. No sore muscles, aches and sleepless nights with my new mattress.

We loved this bed very comfortable. My husband and I first slept on a Serta mattress in Loveland, CO at Embassy Suites a few years ago and it was the best sleep I had gotten in two years. See I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, also a lot of back pain so I have trouble getting comfortable in bed and sleeping through the night. We went out to see our daughter and stayed at the Embassy Suites and I got up in the morning everyday there without so much pain feeling better. When we got back home I told my husband that we had to find out what kind of mattress that was and get one, well we did, we got the plush. But as I found out I can't sleep on to soft of a mattress either so we have just purchased the firm and brought it home today so I hope it isn't to firm. My husband wanted to get the firmest for my back but I thought we should get the medium firm so it has a little give of softness. We ended up getting the firm so we shall find out how it will be, my doctor thought that it might be to hard on my body from the fibromyalgia and not be soft enough so I am hoping everything works out because I know Serta is a good brand name and is comfort. Thank you. Just to let you know our two puppies loved it too.

We purchased the Queen Blakefield Perfect Sleeper. This is our first hybrid mattress and we love the support. Have had the mattress for 5 nights. We are stomach sleepers so lower back pain in the morning was sometimes an issue. So far, this mattress has helped alleviate this issue. The only unexpected difference between our old Serta and new Serta mattress is the softness. While both mattresses are Plush, the new mattress is definitely softer with more cushion than our previous mattress. Probably just a difference between traditional and hybrid mattress types but something to keep in mind. We still receive the support which was our main concern.

I have had Serta mattresses since 1978 when I bought my first home. the first one I bought lasted until 2018 and it was still fairly comfortable, despite its years of use. When I finally felt the need to replace it, because my 92 year-old mother was using it and complained that it was not as comfortable as a different brand she had used until recently, I naturally started shopping for a new Serta. Since I am handicapped I do most of my shopping online, so I went to several websites and found a Serta that met my needs. I wanted one with a soft surface because of my mother's age and arthritis. I tried it first and found it very comfortable. My mother spent her first night on it in complete comfort. We are both very pleased with the purchase and look forward to many years of Serta restful sleep.

I've had the Medina Plush for a couple of weeks. I'm enjoying it; my husband loves it as well as the Serta Gel Memory Foam Huggable Comfort Pillows. We were very impressed with the comfort, quality and workmanship. It sit higher than my previous mattress so I'm using a King cover which is perfect. This purchase was well overdue. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We didn't go into the store to buy a particular name brand mattress, but after laying on this one we were sold! We even went to other stores to compare and none did; so we went back and bought the Medina Plush.
