We have had the mattress for a couple weeks now and I have no complaints. I was not sleeping well on our old mattress, but now with the new one I am sleeping through the night. Very nice purchase and we are happy with our decision. Thank you.

We really like our new mattress. My husband was having to go sleep in another bed halfway thru the night due to a sore lower back. This mattress took care of his problem. Its not too soft but also not hard. Once you actually lay down on it it feels softer than when you just sit on it/ You also don't notice the other person moving around but that also could be because he's actually getting some sleep now. I would definitely recommend this mattress. For the price you can't go wrong.

I like this mattress so far. I haven't had any problems. It is nice and firm like I wanted. I ordered the Faircrest queen size in firm. I thought the price was very reasonable for a Serta. My last mattress was awful.. I bought some brand I'd never heard of, and I learned a lesson from it.

I have really enjoyed my new mattress. I am sleeping much better at night. I tried out several mattresses before purchasing this mattress but liked this one the best. I used to wake up every morning with a tremendous back ache and pain in my shoulder. I do not have this pain anymore in the mornings. I would recommend this product to others.

It’s VERY plush and the quality seems fantastic. Every family member I have has laid in my bed and not wanted to get up! I LOVE MY SERTA!!

I really like the mattress, but only after about 2 weeks when it finally "broke in." I tried the wineglass trick, and was able to move on one side of the bed without upsetting the wine glass. Also worth noting is that my back and neck pain has improved dramatically.

Serta is a longstanding trusted brand. We have been highly statisfied over the the years using this mattress. Will purchase another Serta when it is necessary.

First, bought product due to consumers report endorsement. It is extremely firm. Had old generic pillow top mattress prior to this purchase. I now wake up with a sore upper back and neck. To compound misery, Sam's Club, where I purchased this mattress two weeks ago, put it on sale $100. off. Now I'm uncomfortable and feel cheated.

The mattress came in an easy to open box and fit inside our old Cal-King waterbed frame. The mattress is firm without being hard and has the right amount of "cush" in the top few inches. We test-rested on one at the Sam's Club near us and decided it was the right one to replace our waterbed mattress (we've been using a waterbed mattress for over 40 years!).

I like the material used to cover the mattress. It seems very durable and I love that the mattress has handles to maneuver it. Our last Serta lasted us 12 years.

I used this mattress for a total of about a week. Now the mattress has an air leak above the pump. Amazon will not return the item so I am seeking a warranty through SERTA.
