Ordering through any other retailer means you are subject to their return policies and procedures. We are unable for these orders to assist in any with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Our mattresses are available for purchase at many different retailers throughout the United States. We allow retailers to choose and add a different showroom name to the mattresses they are selling in order to make the model unique within their store.
Since the model names may vary from retailer to retailer, the best way to compare these products is by looking at the product line and comfort level.

Our retailer partners do not give us access to their systems, making refunds or exchanging of funds impossible on our end. The retailer that you purchased from should be able to help you directly with a refund or exchange.

Your mattress warranty is likely covered by the retailer directly. Most retail partners will handle their own warranties. If the retailer you purchased from is still open, please reach out to them directly for help in filing your warranty claim.
