What's the difference between Queen vs Full sizes?
A queen gives you approximately 7 more inches in width and approximately 5 more inches in length when you compare it to a full size. Even though the difference may seem really small and insignificant, those few extra inches can really improve comfortability for some sleepers.
Is a Queen bed big enough for 2 adults?
Yes. Queens offer enough personal room for more than one adult sleeper.
How much is a good Queen size bed going to cost?
A good Queen on average can range anywhere from $600 upwards to $5,000 depending on the features and materials used to make it.
Should I buy a Queen sized mattress in-store or online?
It’s all about your own personal preference. Some people are natural born online shoppers while others are more of a touch, feel and see type shopper, so it’s all about which way you prefer. There is no right or wrong way to shop for a new bed.
What size rug should I consider to put under a Queen bed?
They say the general rule of thumb when you place a rug under a bed is that it should extend at the very least, 18 to 24 inches beyond the edges. So if we go off of that, we recommend looking at getting at least a 7 x 10 ft rug.
Does Serta offer any customization options on Queen size beds?
We offer different types of beds from memory foam to innerspring to hybrid to mattress-in-a-box that are available in Queen as well as different cooling and firmness level options. Serta has a model to fit your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
If you purchase directly from our website, we currently only ship within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer financing?

Financing is available directly through our website. We have partnered with Affirm to offer financing or pay-over-time options for our customers. At checkout, you will be given the option to pay through Affirm. If approved, you will be given loan options for 3, 6, or 12 months. All interest is provided up front, there are no hidden fees, and only a soft credit check is done through Affirm's system for approval. After you've confirmed your choice, you will be redirected back to our website to complete checkout.

Affirm only requests a soft credit check for approval, so the credit inquiry won’t affect your credit score. Once you've selected your financing term, you will be redirected back to the website to complete your purchase.

For returns and cancellations, refunds will be processed through Affirm and posted to your Affirm account. Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days. Keep in mind the interest charge will not be refunded.

Please note that financing through Affirm is not available in West Virginia and Iowa.
