We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. When ordering directly through www.serta.com, most of our items will arrive to your home in 2-4 weeks. Typically, within 1 week of your order being placed, our delivery partner, RXO Logistics, will contact you to schedule out a delivery date and time based on when they expect to receive the product(s). Please note, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Warranty
You should be able to rely on the quality of your rest night after night. That is why every Serta Motion Essentials base comes with a 20-year limited warranty from our manufacturing partner. Returns
Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.

What is the weight capacity of the Motion Essentials base?
This base is not rated to support weights in excess of 750 pounds inclusive of the mattress and bedding, provided it is evenly distributed across the bed base.
Which mattresses can be used on this base?
All of the mattresses that are offered directly through Serta.com will work well on the Motion Essentials adjustable base.
For any non-Serta mattresses, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to see if your mattress is adjustable-friendly.
Can a headboard be attached to this base?
Headboard brackets are optional and would need to be purchased directly from Ergomotion separately.
Does the Motion Essentials base have a wall hugger feature?
No, this base does not include a wall hugger feature.
