To protect your mattress from stains and spills, we highly recommend using a mattress protector; This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress.
We do not recommend applying liquids to the product; Applying liquids may stain the fabric and make the soiled area worse; Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.
We suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area, let stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed; Air the product out as much as possible.

Serta iSeries mattresses are compatible with most frames, including: traditional frames, box springs, platform frames, slatted frames, bunky boards, and adjustable frames.

Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. What firmness options are offered for the iSeries Hybrid Mattress?

The iSeries Hybrid mattress comes with the option to choose between a Medium, Firm, or Plush feel depending on which model you choose. The iSeries Hybrid 1000 model comes in a Medium feel, the iSeries Hybrid 2000 model will come in a Firm feel, and the iSeries Hybrid 3000 models will have the option between a Medium or a Plush feel option.

How will my mattress be delivered?

Our mattresses are manufactured and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. When you are checking out, you will have the option to select White Glove Delivery for an additional fee, which includes set up in the room of your choice, as well as removal of an old mattress. You also have the option of complimentary Threshold Delivery, which includes delivery to your front door and will not include any setup or removal options. Both delivery options will require you to schedule delivery and require an adult to be present at the delivery time. Most deliveries occur within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed.

What are the benefits of 5-Zone support?

The goal of the 5-Zone support, which is found only in 3000 Hybrid Medium and Plush models, is to help align your spine while providing evenness of pressure relief for a supportive night’s sleep.

With our 5-Zone support, we’ve increased those zones to provide total targeted body support for a more even weight distribution across the mattress. The additional support zones target added support at your lumbar and thighs through a firmer coil gauge.
