• The Serta® Five Star Mattress® 8” Medium delivers comfort and convenience. Our mattress in a box fully expands quickly so you can sleep on it right away. This quilted innerspring mattress features our individually-wrapped coil system for durability and all-night support. PillowSoft® Aire Foam offers airflow and enhanced cushioning for exceptional comfort. Plus, Serta® PillowSoft® Foam for gentle contouring support. Looking for lower back care? A gel foam band provides our signature zoned comfort supporting for the lumbar and hips. Whether you’re looking for a guest room, a teen’s mattress, or for yourself, the Serta Five Star Mattress has what you need, all within your budget.

Care

• To protect your mattress from stains and spills, we highly recommend using a mattress protector; this will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress
• We do not recommend applying liquids to the product; applying liquids may stain the fabric and make the soiled area worse; moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product
• We suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area, let stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed; air the product out as much as possible

Shipping

This mattress ships in a super compact box that makes contactless delivery simple. Now all that's left to do is unpack, unroll, and unwind on your new Serta mattress. When ordering directly through Serta.com, most mattresses will arrive in 1-3 weeks via FedEx Ground shipping. We are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Warranty

You should be able to rely on the quality of your rest night after night. That is why we offer a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you do notice anything out of the ordinary, simply email us or call us at 1-888-557-3782 and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Returns

Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.
